I have a County Court Judgement. Can I apply for an Administration Order?
Yes, as long as you have more than 2 Creditors.

How much will an Administration Order cost me?
There is no court fee for filing an Administration Order. The courts will deduct 10% of your payments to cover their costs.

Can we apply for an Administration Order as our debts are jointly held?
As your debt is jointly held both parties would need to apply for separate Administration Orders.

I only owe £1000. Can I apply for an Administration Order?
An Administration Order can be filed for any sum up to £5000.

Will my Creditors still be able to chase me for the debt?
No all calls, letters and debt collectors will cease.

I am working. Will my employer be informed?
When people are in employment the court will normally request an Attachment to Earning but you can request for this not to happen.

When would I have to make payments as I get paid in the middle of the month?
The court will decide the date for payment and this would normally be around the date you are paid.

Who would I pay each month?
The idea of an Administration Order is to pay the court direct every month. They then distribute the monies to your Creditors, normally on a pro rata basis.

Help! I have had some further unexpected bills and can’t make my monthly payment. What can I do?
You should immediately inform the court that you are experiencing difficulties making the payments. They may be able to adjust the payments for you.

What happens if I do not meet the agreed monthly payments?
If you do not keep up the payments and have not contacted the court the Administration Order can be revoked.

Will I be informed when I have completed the Administration Order?
Once all payments have been received you can apply for a Certificate Of Satisfaction through the court. There is however a £10 fee for this.
